Somehow I set it up so that my standard account on my Windows 7 computer can use IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS. I cannot remember how I did it. I just got a new Windows 10 computer a little over a month ago and just had to reset my router and now I need to perform IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS in order to get the internet working again.
